On December 27, the Tashkent Chinese Language Education Center, jointly established by our university and Tashkent State Agrarian University, was officially inaugurated. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Shukurov Alisher Nematullayevich, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Islamov Soxib Yaxshibekovich, First Vice Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University; Luo Jun, Vice President of our university; and relevant officials from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and the College of Veterinary Medicine.

The establishment of the Tashkent Chinese Language Education Center aims to provide Chinese language teaching services for the faculty and students of Tashkent State Agrarian University as well as the surrounding region. The Center will also jointly organize cultural events, Chinese language workshops, and other activities to improve local Chinese language proficiency, promote Chinese agricultural culture, and open a new chapter in Chinese language education in Uzbekistan, thereby better benefiting the people of both countries.
To implement the national strategy of opening up education to the outside world, the Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government and the Ministry of Agriculture Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan reached a consensus this year, entrusting our university to jointly establish the Tashkent Chinese Language Education Center with Tashkent State Agrarian University. The establishment of the Center is an important measure to implement this consensus and holds significant importance for promoting international Chinese education and Chinese culture, as well as advancing the model construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
